Amanda Kessell is the sole proprietor and creator of Mic's Craft Kitchen. Having grown up in the South, Amanda had the idea to bring authentic, Southern-style cuisine to the Denver area, while catering to the consumer on-the-go! After moving to the Denver area in 2017 with her daughter, Micaiah, she designed the concept and recipes from scratch. Finally living her dream of opening a restaurant, Mic's Craft Kitchen officially opened its doors on January 1, 2020!

What our Customers Say!
I recently had the opportunity to try different items on the menu and I was incredibly impressed! I am from Louisiana and have been very homesick for the food back home. Mic's biscuits and gravy made me feel like I was back in the south! It was delicious! I have tried many other things also and it never fails, anything I have tried has been amazing! The food is definitely worth bragging about, but my favorite attribute about Mic's would have to be the thoughtful and friendly staff! They have some awesome people working for them and I am very glad that I have had the privilege of meeting them! They always go out of their way to accommodate my needs in any way possible. They are incredibly thoughtful and generous and often think of my coworkers and I by surprising us and bringing us extra food at the end of the night! Mic's is all around a great place! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in this area!
